Do you offer custom builds?We specialize in in our standard modular model . This is The Val a 30 x 8.5 ft tiny home on wheels. and we can customize it to specific styles, colors and other preferences to make it your special home! However, if you want to design and build a fully custom tiny home, Yes we want to build it.

Do you deliver?Yes, we make all arrangements for the safe, professional transport and installation of your home to your property. All included in our price. FREE DELIVERY TO FLORIDA, GEORGIA, NORTH CAROLINA AND TENNESSEE

Where do I put my tiny house?Here, here, and here are some great places to start. Since THOWs are considered RVs, permanent placement can be tricky. Since THOWs are for travel, you can usually place them in parks and tiny house communities. Permanent placement on private property as a residence is often not allowed.

How do I transport my house?For a tiny house on wheels, you will need a 3/4 to 1 ton vehicle to tow your home (something with the towing capacity of an F250, 2500 to F350, 3500). Most states have a maximum height of 13’6″ without a permit. You will need to be careful about low bridges. Most states have bridges higher than 13’6″. Although some have been known to have older bridges that are lower. It would be best to do your research and plan your trips strategically in order to avoid these.

Plumbing & Septic?These homes are normally outfitted with plumbing hookups just like a regular house. We provide stub-outs for connections to sanitary drain and water inlet. We can customize hookups according to your needs.

Heating & electric?Heating & Cooling: We use Mini-Split HVAC units. We have 3 different tiers of mini split system units you can choose from. Electricity: Our tiny homes can be built to provide amperage from 50amps to 200 amps. It just depends on your needs. For less hassle with voltage for tiny houses on wheels (50amp),
